Meet Taisha Alonzo

Taisha Alonzo is a trauma-aware breath coach and wellness entrepreneur passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves through intentional, somatic-based healing practices. As the founder of Earthshine Holistics, established in Pennsylvania in 2022, her work centers around promoting self-care, emotional wellbeing, and mind-body balance through holistic experiences and handcrafted wellness products.

Her guided breathwork sessions are designed to support nervous system regulation, stress reduction, emotional awareness, and deeper mind-body connection in a grounded and supportive environment. Taisha’s approach emphasizes trauma-informed care, allowing clients to move at their own pace while building sustainable tools for long-term wellbeing.

Beyond breathwork, Taisha also facilitates immersive wellness workshops and Herbal Creations Bar experiences that encourage creativity, mindfulness, and intentional self-care through the use of herbs, essential oils, salts, and natural ingredients.

As part of The Cozy Corner Counseling, Taisha contributes to the practice’s collaborative and trauma-informed philosophy by offering breathwork coaching and somatic wellness support alongside traditional therapeutic services.

people I work Best with:

I work best with individuals who are open to exploring healing through breathwork and somatic practices alongside their personal growth journey. Many people I support are already engaged in therapy or are looking for complementary approaches that help them feel more grounded, regulated, and connected to themselves in everyday life.

My work is centered on holistic wellness, nervous system support, emotional release, and creating sustainable self-care practices. This work can be beneficial for those navigating stress, anxiety, burnout, emotional tension, or anyone wanting to build greater awareness of their internal experiences through breath and somatic connection.
