Meet Alexia Tsamoutalidis, LAPC

I believe healing begins with feeling seen, understood, and accepted for who you are. Whether you're navigating anxiety, overwhelming emotions, life transitions, identity exploration, or simply trying to make sense of what you're experiencing, my goal is to create a space where you can show up authentically and know you don't have to figure it all out alone. I value building genuine relationships with my clients because I believe growth happens when trust, collaboration, and connection come first.

As a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC), I work with children, adolescents, young adults, and families using a collaborative, person-centered, and trauma-informed approach. I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling from Moravian University, where I also completed specialized certificates in Trauma Counseling and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I enjoy blending evidence-based practices with creativity and curiosity, tailoring therapy to each person's unique needs while continuing to expand my training in areas such as OCD, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, and trauma.

Clients I work Best with:

I work best with children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating anxiety, OCD, depression, identity exploration, life transitions, eating disorders, substance use concerns, or emotional experiences that feel overwhelming to manage alone. Many of the individuals I work with are learning how to quiet self-doubt, better understand themselves, build healthier coping skills, and move through life's challenges with greater confidence and self-compassion.

My approach is person centered, collaborative, and trauma informed, creating a space where you can feel safe to be yourself while working toward meaningful change. Together, we'll move at a pace that feels right for you, building on your strengths while helping you develop practical tools, resilience, and a deeper understanding of yourself.
