Hi, I’m Lauren!
I work with teens and adults who are carrying the weight of trauma, depression, PTSD, and many other symptoms to help process what feels stuck. I use trauma-informed psychotherapy and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help clients process painful experiences and decrease distress to where you can be your genuine self again. These approaches allow us to get to the root of what you’re carrying, not just put a temporary bandage on the symptoms.
My style is relaxed and authentic—you won’t get a polished script here, just real conversation and a safe space to show up as you are. Healing isn’t linear, but together we’ll navigate the hard stuff and move toward a place where you can feel more grounded and connected to yourself.

I specialize in helping children, teens, and adults navigate life’s challenges with compassion and practical support. With experience in schools, hospitals, and outpatient settings, I’ve guided individuals and families through anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship struggles. My work focuses on creating a safe and understanding space where clients feel seen and supported while learning tools to build confidence, emotional balance, and healthier connections. I believe in meeting each person where they are and helping them uncover their strengths to create lasting change.
