Meet The Team

We’re here to walk beside you, not in front of you; offering encouragement, tools, and creative support as you navigate life’s ups and downs.

Each clinician maintains full professional autonomy in their clinical work and treatment approach. Clients are welcome to choose the clinician who best fits their needs and preferences. If a clinician is unavailable, our administrative team is happy to offer alternative options within the practice or provide referrals to trusted providers in the community.

Founder & Licensed Professional Counselor

I work best with clients who want a gentle, trauma-informed approach that honors both mind and body. Using somatic work, EMDR, and culturally sensitive care, we move at a pace that feels safe and grounding so you can set down what you’ve been carrying and reconnect with calm, balance, and a deeper sense of self.

Licensed Professional Counselor

I work best with children, teens, young adults, and families who are feeling overwhelmed by big emotions or life changes and are looking for support they can trust. You may notice anxiety, frequent meltdowns, trouble focusing, behavior challenges, school stress, friendship struggles, or changes in mood that feel hard to manage.

Licensed Professional Counselor

I work with people just like you and me. Who have had trauma. Who have gone through their own personal hell.

I work best with those who notice patterns of self-sabotage, self-doubt, or pulling back when things start to feel good and want to understand why. You may sense that these patterns come from earlier experiences where safety, worth, or consistency were disrupted.

You may notice patterns like self doubt, people pleasing, shutting down, or pulling away when things start to feel good. You might find yourself questioning your worth, feeling on edge in relationships, or repeating cycles that don’t make sense but feel hard to break. Often, these patterns are rooted in earlier experiences where safety, consistency, or trust were disrupted, including experiences of narcissistic abuse or domestic violence.

Licensed Professional Counselor & Registered Drama Therapist

I work with people like you and me. People who have been through things that shaped them and now notice repeating patterns like masking to get through the day, self-doubt, self-sabotage, or pulling back when things start to feel good.

My approach is nontraditional, trauma-centered, and neurodiversity- and disability-affirming, creating space for you to show up unmasked and fully yourself.

Licensed Professional Counselor & PhD Candidate

You may notice ongoing struggles in relationships, intense emotional reactions, perfectionism, substance use, body image concerns, or long standing family conflict. Many of the clients I work with are navigating complex dynamics, including personality patterns, that have developed over time as ways of coping, surviving, or staying connected.

Licensed Professional Counselor

I work best with adults who are feeling stuck, disconnected, or questioning parts of themselves that no longer fit the life they want to live. You may be navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or big questions around identity, faith, or meaning. Many of the people I work with are unpacking religious trauma or faith deconstruction, exploring spirituality on their own terms, or seeking affirming support as gay, bisexual, queer, or LGBTQ individuals. You might also be curious about sex positive or non traditional relationships and want a space where those conversations are met with respect rather than judgment.

Licensed Professional Counselor & Board Certified Art Therapist

Many of the clients I work with feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or stuck, and are looking for a space where they can safely explore what they are feeling without pressure or judgment. I also enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ youth and individuals who are seeking affirming, supportive care. Whether you are navigating big life transitions, emotional patterns that keep repeating, or experiences that feel hard to put into words, therapy can be a place to slow down, understand what is coming up, and begin building healthier ways to cope and connect.

Sarah Babcock, LPC

Licensed Professional Counselor

I work best with adults navigating pregnancy or postpartum changes who may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or not quite like themselves. You might be adjusting to a new role, struggling with mood shifts, or carrying experiences that feel hard to put into words. Many of the clients I work with are also processing trauma, including past or recent experiences that can resurface during this time. You may be used to holding it all together, but are ready for a space where you don’t have to. Together, we create room to slow down, process, and feel more grounded and supported.

Taisha Alonzo

Trauma Breathwork Coach

I work best with people who are looking to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore healing in a more intentional and body-centered way. Many of the individuals I support are navigating stress, burnout, emotional overwhelm, anxiety, life transitions, or feeling disconnected from themselves and their bodies. My approach is especially supportive for those who are curious about nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and somatic healing practices in a grounded and trauma-aware space.

*I offer breathwork sessions, not clinical mental health services.
