Hi, I’m Evelyn!
Evelyn is a bilingual (English/ Spanish) Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in
working with teens, emerging adults, and adults facing body image distress, eating disorders,
addiction, perfectionism, behavioral concerns, interpersonal difficulties, and life transitions.
With a warm, empathetic, and curious approach, Evelyn provides treatment that is tailored to each
individual’s unique needs, grounded in evidence-based practices. She is deeply committed to
offering culturally responsive and trauma-informed care, fostering an inclusive space for clients
of all identities.
Evelyn believes that the foundation of effective therapy lies in the strength of the
therapeutic relationship. In your first few sessions, you’ll work together to build trust, explore
what brings you to therapy, and begin to set clear, meaningful goals. Throughout your work
together, Evelyn will regularly check in on your progress, celebrating growth and adjusting
course when needed, always with compassion and collaboration at the center.

I bring over eight years of experience working with individuals and families across Pennsylvania and New Jersey, offering counseling that is compassionate, culturally responsive, and grounded in evidence-based care. My background includes providing therapy and assessments in community agencies, universities, hospitals, and private practice—supporting clients through challenges such as grief, addiction, body image concerns, trauma, and life transitions. I’m passionate about helping people feel seen and understood, empowering them to reconnect with their strengths and create meaningful change. Drawing from both clinical experience and ongoing doctoral research in counseling, I approach therapy with curiosity, collaboration, and respect for each person’s unique story.
