I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania, and I work with people who are thoughtful, motivated, and often carrying more than they let on. You may feel stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand, overwhelmed by expectations, or worn down by relationships, school, work, or family dynamics. Many of the people I work with are navigating complex situations that don’t have simple answers and are looking for a space to think, feel, and make sense of things more clearly.

Therapy with me is collaborative, grounded, and centered on the relationship we build together. I believe meaningful change happens when you feel genuinely understood and actively involved in the process. I bring a warm, curious, and culturally responsive approach, drawing from a range of evidence based practices to support your goals. Together, we clarify what you want from therapy, check in on progress along the way, and adjust as needed, always with compassion, honesty, and respect at the core of our work.

Clients I work Best with:

I work best with teens, emerging adults, and adults who find themselves stuck in patterns that feel hard to untangle, even when they are motivated to change. You may notice ongoing struggles in relationships, intense emotional reactions, perfectionism, substance use, body image concerns, or long standing family conflict. Many of the clients I work with are navigating complex dynamics, including personality patterns, that have developed over time as ways of coping, surviving, or staying connected.

My work is trauma-informed and relational, with a strong focus on understanding patterns rather than judging them. Sessions move at your pace and emphasize curiosity, clarity, and collaboration. Together, we work to make sense of where these patterns came from, how they once served you, and what it might look like to respond differently moving forward, always with compassion, honesty, and respect for your experience.
