Telehealth in PA

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania and a Registered Drama Therapist, and my work goes beyond traditional talk therapy. My approach is creative, experiential, and trauma-centered, with flexibility to meet different communication styles, access needs, and energy levels. Sessions are collaborative, deeply human, and neurodiversity- and disability-affirming, offering space to move at your own pace, be unmasked, and explore healing in ways that feel authentic and meaningful to you.

I work with people like you and me. People who have been through things that changed them and now notice patterns like self-doubt, self-sabotage, masking to survive, or pulling away when things start to feel good and want to understand why. You may feel disconnected from yourself, questioning your identity, navigating neurodivergence, disability, or chronic illness later in life or postpartum, or trying to break long-standing family or intergenerational patterns. These experiences can feel isolating, and you do not have to work through them alone.

Clients I work Best with:

I work best with people who notice repeating patterns such as masking to survive, feeling disconnected from themselves, or cycling through self-doubt and burnout. Many of the people I work with are neurodivergent, disabled, or living with chronic illness, often discovering these identities later in life or postpartum, while also navigating trauma, identity shifts, and intergenerational patterns. These experiences are frequently shaped by systems and environments that were not built for their needs, making safety, accessibility, and support feel inconsistent or out of reach.

My work is trauma-focused and experiential, blending conversation with creative and expressive approaches that honor different ways of thinking, feeling, and communicating. Together, we explore where these patterns began and how your body and nervous system learned to adapt over time. Sessions move at your pace and focus on safety, curiosity, and compassion, supporting you in gently loosening beliefs you had to take on to survive and reconnecting with who you are beneath them in a grounded, authentic way.
