Virtual in PA
Hi, I’m Hannah Gresh! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania.
I am passionate about teenagers and young adults’ well-being and strongly believe that therapy should be a collaborative approach. You are the expert of your own life, and I support clients who struggle with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions and other life stressors.
I am certainly not a “blank slate” therapist and always want you to feel safe, respected and heard during our time together. I truly am a down-to-earth person who prides themselves on authenticity. My greatest strength is supporting individuals who are currently dealing with or recovering from narcissistic abuse and domestic violence.
I draw from a variety of evidence-based tools like Person-Centered Therapy, CBT, DBT and IFS. When I’m not supporting my clients in the best way I can, you can find me at the dog park with my puppy or at home cozied up with a book or watching my comfort shows.
