Meet Hannah gresh, LPC

Telehealth in PA

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania, and I work with teens and young adults who are trying to make sense of life while everything feels overwhelming or uncertain. Growing into adulthood can be confusing and lonely at times, especially when relationships, expectations, or past experiences start to weigh on you.

Therapy with me is collaborative and flexible, with you in the driver’s seat and sessions shaped around what you need in the moment. I’m not a blank slate therapist. I show up as a real, down to earth person who listens without judgment and makes sure you feel safe, respected, and heard. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship stress, with a special focus on healing from narcissistic abuse and domestic violence.

My Cozy Corner

Clients I work Best with:

I work best with teens and young adults who notice patterns like self doubt, people pleasing, shutting down, or pulling away when things start to feel good. You might find yourself questioning your worth, feeling on edge in relationships, or repeating cycles that don’t make sense but feel hard to break. Often, these patterns are rooted in earlier experiences where safety, consistency, or trust were disrupted, including experiences of narcissistic abuse or domestic violence.

I work from a trauma informed, collaborative approach, drawing from person centered therapy, CBT, DBT, and IFS. Together, we focus on understanding where these patterns began and building tools that help you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to yourself. Sessions move at your pace and center safety, compassion, and curiosity, not on what is wrong with you, but on what you have lived through and how it has shaped you.
