Meet Natalya Receveur, LPC, ATR-BC

In-Person & Telehealth in PA

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board Certified Art Therapist in Pennsylvania, and I work with children, teens, young adults, adults, and couples who are navigating big emotions, life stress, and challenges that can feel hard to put into words. You or your child may be experiencing anxiety, depression, anger, low self esteem, trauma, relationship difficulties, or social and behavioral concerns. I also specialize in supporting LGBTQIA+ youth and individuals in a space that is affirming, respectful, and safe.

Therapy with me is supportive, creative, and grounded in meeting you where you are. I often integrate art therapy alongside talk therapy to help clients express themselves in ways that feel natural and accessible, especially when words are hard to find. I draw from approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and psychodynamic work, and EMDR-interventions to support deeper trauma processing. My goal is to create a nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable being your authentic self, exploring parts of yourself that may have felt unseen, and building coping skills, insight, and emotional balance at a pace that feels right for you.

Clients I work Best with:

I work best with children, teens, young adults, adults, and couples who are struggling with emotions or experiences that feel hard to express or manage. You or your child may be dealing with anxiety, depression, anger, low self esteem, trauma, social challenges, relationship difficulties, or behavioral concerns. Many of the clients I work with feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or stuck, and are looking for a space where they can safely explore what they are feeling without pressure or judgment.

I also enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ youth and individuals who are seeking affirming, supportive care. Whether you are navigating big life transitions, emotional patterns that keep repeating, or experiences that feel hard to put into words, therapy can be a place to slow down, understand what is coming up, and begin building healthier ways to cope and connect.
