Meet Tiffany Castillo, LPC

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania and the owner of The Cozy Corner Counseling, LLC. When I created this practice, I envisioned more than just a therapy office. I wanted to build a space that feels safe, grounded, and welcoming, where you can show up as you are and feel seen and supported. The Cozy Corner is rooted in my values of compassion, authenticity, and inclusivity. It is a place where your story matters, where healing can take shape in ways that feel real and approachable, and where you don’t have to face challenges alone.

I believe therapy is not about fixing what is broken but uncovering the strength and resilience you already carry. Together, we can create space for healing, self-discovery, and growth. It would be my honor to walk with you as you move toward balance, peace, and greater self-compassion.

Work With Me

Clients I work Best with:

I work best with those who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or weighed down by old experiences and are tired of holding everything together. You may struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, or feeling stuck in your thoughts, and long for a space where you can finally exhale and be yourself.

I work best with clients who want a gentle, trauma-informed approach that honors both mind and body. Using somatic work, EMDR, and culturally sensitive care, we move at a pace that feels safe and grounding so you can set down what you’ve been carrying and reconnect with calm, balance, and a deeper sense of self.

I am EMDR trained, TF-CBT trained, and perinatal trained and actively attend consultations.

  • My approach is trauma-focused and integrative, drawing from EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing), somatic and attachment-based work, mindfulness, and psychodynamic and interpersonal perspectives to gently explore where these patterns began. I also incorporate TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) when helpful, alongside emotion-focused and strength-based approaches that support meaningful, lasting change.
