Write It Out: A Creative Grief & Loss Support Group

Grief changes us. It reshapes our routines, our relationships, and even the way we see ourselves. Write It Out is an 8-week creative grief and loss support group designed to offer a safe, supportive space to explore your grief through writing, poetry, reflection, and other forms of creative expression.

This group gently guides participants through thoughtfully designed prompts and meaningful discussions that help you honor your loved one, process your emotions, and connect with others who understand the weight of loss. Whether your grief feels fresh or has been quietly carried for years, you are welcome here.

No writing or artistic experience is needed. This is not about creating something “perfect.” It is about expressing what feels true.

Together, we will explore ways to live alongside grief while making space for remembrance, connection, and healing.
