Blooming Mamas: Made with love and Mindfulness workshop

Love Your Match: Unapologetically You
$35.00

Join us for an afternoon centered on identity, authenticity, and real connection. Unapologetically You is a therapist-led community experience designed to create space for meaningful conversation outside of a clinical setting, where you can show up fully as yourself.

This is not therapy. It’s something more human.

Throughout the event, you’ll rotate through small, guided conversation circles led by licensed therapists. Each therapist holds a specific theme, inviting you into conversations around self-expression, relationships, cultural identity, boundaries, and personal growth. These conversations are designed to feel natural, engaging, and accessible, whether you choose to share openly or simply listen and reflect.

The experience blends structure with flexibility, offering thoughtful prompts while leaving room for authentic connection and personal voice.

What to Expect

• Rotating small group conversations led by therapists
• A variety of themes focused on identity, voice, and lived experience
• A welcoming, non-clinical environment centered on community and connection
• Opportunities to reflect, share, or simply be present at your own pace
• An intentionally curated space uplifting BIPOC and LGBTQ+ voices in honor of Pride Month and Juneteenth weekend
• An Herbal Creations Bar hosted by Earthshine Holistics, where you can explore and create your own herbal blends as part of the experience

Part of the Love Your Match concept is the opportunity for organic connection. You may find yourself resonating with a therapist’s energy or approach. There’s no expectation, just space for something natural to unfold if it feels right.
