Postpartum Support Group
The Cozy Corner Counseling is excited to offer the Postpartum Support Group, a 6-week closed support group designed for all parents and caregiviers of babies (newborns to 1 year old). Adjusting to life with a baby can be challenging, but you don’t have to do it alone. This group provides a safe space to connect, share tips, and receive support.
📅 Dates: May 10, 2025 – June 14, 2025
🕡 Time: Saturdays, 1:00PM - 2:30PM
📍 Location: Easton, PA
💰 Cost: $15 per session ($90 total)
This group is ideal for parents and caregivers looking for psychoeducation on postpartum mental health, developmental milestones, taking care of self, and connecting with others. Spaces are limited.

Anxie-Teens Anonymous
The Cozy Corner Counseling is excited to offer Anxie-Teens, a 6-week closed support group designed for teens (ages 14-18) who struggle with anxiety, overthinking, and stress. Adolescence can be challenging, and this group provides a safe and supportive space to develop coping skills, build confidence, and connect with others who understand.
Blooming Mamas: Made with love and Mindfulness workshop
Love Your Match: Unapologetically You is an invitation to slow down, soften, and step into a space where connection feels real.
What you will experience:
Guided connection rounds with thoughtful prompts that invite depth, curiosity, and presence
Experiential stations centered on art, spoken word, and mirror reflection, offering space to create, express, and see yourself more clearly
A hands on Herbal Creations Bar where you will craft something intentional to take home with you
Live music by Sounds by Leek featuring R and B, neo soul, and soulful house to create a steady, welcoming rhythm
A warm, inviting environment where you can move at your own pace and connect in ways that feel true to you
This experience is meant to stay with you beyond the afternoon, through the conversations that continue to echo, the small moments of reflection that shift your perspective, and the feeling of being able to show up fully without needing to perform.
