Hi, I’m Anastasia — a licensed clinical social worker and AASECT-certified sex therapist.

I work with adults who are ready to feel more grounded, more connected, and more like themselves again. Maybe you’ve been feeling anxious, weighed down by depression, stuck in old patterns, or disconnected from your body and relationships. Whether you’re navigating trauma, ADHD, sexual concerns, or hormonal shifts like perimenopause or menopause, I’m here to help you make sense of it all and support lasting change.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting. Just bring yourself—we’ll take it from there.

In our first session, we’ll take time to slow down and explore what’s been weighing on you and what you’re hoping for. Together, we’ll create a safe and collaborative space where you feel truly heard. From there, we’ll start untangling the roots of your struggles, finding practical ways to cope, manage triggers, and move toward the life you want.

Therapy is a place where you don’t have to do it alone—and where real healing can happen.

  • As a licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience in outpatient, integrated, and trauma-informed care—and an AASECT-certified sex therapist—I bring a compassionate, collaborative, and results-oriented approach to supporting adults through life’s most complex challenges.

My clinical background includes individual, couples, and family therapy across medical and community-based settings. I also have extensive experience treating trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and relational and sexual health concerns, including those related to hormonal transitions such as perimenopause and menopause.

What sets my practice apart is my ability to connect deeply with clients while helping them make meaningful and lasting change. I offer a grounded, nonjudgmental presence and use a combination of psychodynamic insight, somatic awareness, and practical tools tailored to each person’s unique goals. My work is rooted in cultural humility and inclusivity, and I am fluent in both English and Russian.
